Emma Roser (she/her)

Counsellor, Coach & Supervisor

I am a neurodivergent therapist, coach and supervisor, working exclusively with neurodivergent adults. As a late-diagnosed ADHDer myself, I bring both professional expertise and lived experience to my practice.

My approach is integrative and neuro-affirming, tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual. Whether through counselling, coaching, or supervision, I focus on supporting healthy independence, nurturing growth, and creating sustainable change.

I have a particular interest in the overlap between neurodivergence, the nervous system, and self-identity. In my work, I adapt traditional therapeutic and coaching strategies to align with each person’s way of thinking, feeling, and experiencing the world.

Alongside my therapy and coaching work, I offer supervision for practitioners who work with neurodivergent clients, providing a supportive, reflective space to deepen understanding and practice.

I believe that everyone deserves to feel seen, accepted, and empowered to live authentically — and it’s a privilege to walk alongside people as they discover what that means for them.
