I’m a fully qualified CBT Therapist (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) and Integrative Counsellor. I support adults and young people (age 11+) to move out of stuck, negative emotional states such as anxiety, depression, anger, shame, and low self-esteem.
I’m trained to work with a broad range of psychological challenges, including:

- Agoraphobia

- Low self-confidence
I have a special interest in working with OCD and often use a combined approach of CBT, EMDR, and mindfulness-based strategies. I also have significant experience supporting young people with Autism and/or ADD/ADHD—particularly when combined with anxiety, social anxiety, or EBSA (Emotionally Based School Avoidance).
My approach is adaptive and solution-focused, designed for those who want to change how they think, feel, and behave. I am compassionate and gentle, but also active and interventionist—empowering you with the tools and strategies to break destructive mental habits that impact wellbeing.
After a thorough assessment, I will teach you techniques that you can continue using in daily life—helping you regulate stuck emotional states and build greater control over your mindset and wellbeing.
I work with clients both in person in Canterbury and online via Zoom or similar video platforms. Sessions are tailored to your pace and needs, using a blend of therapeutic models (including CBT and EMDR) depending on what will help you most.
Fees: £75 for a 50-minute session / £85 for a 60-minute session
